This construction management project involved the select demolition and complete renovation of the existing 11,000 SF interior atrium area of the Sawridge Edmonton South hotel. The new concept for the atrium included creating three distinct areas: a formal gourmet restaurant, an modern lounge and a unique art gallery. The towering 24’ high stone columns, the impressive water feature, the 12’ fireplace and the unique first nation theme; help to make this new space both magnificent and inviting.
