This project involved the construction of a 26,000 SF conventional steel commercial building and the development of over 3 acres of site area.  Before construction could start the site needed to be built up with approximately 11,000 cubic meter of imported fill material.  The building was designed as a multi tenant commercial warehouse building.  The scope also included the development of over 14,000 SF of retail and warehouse area for a local tenant.
